Sizes are based on the maximum width of your sign. If your sign goes over the width mentioned, you will be required to size up.

The height of your sign is dependent on your design - different fonts may result in different heights.

Character limits were put in place to maximize the space of your sign and include both numbers and letters. You are able to add more characters by adding additional lines to your sign in which an upcharge will be added to your quote. If you have a logo or lineart in mind, a custom quote will be provided.

You're over here on the custom page because the preset fonts in our builder just aren't cutting it -- with that being said, we do not have a preset list of font choices for custom orders. We believe in giving you complete creative freedom so that we can bring your vision to life to the best of our ability.

If you have a font request, you can gladly provide one.

Otherwise, we will start off with a font category, "Plain", "Cursive", "Handwritten", or "Outline", and choose a font that is best for your phrase.

You can look up fonts on dafont.com for inspiration as well!

After your design form is received, our team will reach out to you via email within 1 business day to discuss your design vision. We will solidify your sizing, font style, and any customizations or uncharges you will need.

payment:

After our discussion, you will receive an invoice for your custom design. We handle invoicing through Square. You still have the option to Pay in 4 via AfterPay on our platform. After your payment is received, design & production will start.

proofing:

Within 2 business days of your payment being paid, you will receive a proof of your sign. At this time, you are able to approve or alter any font and spacing choices that were made.

production + shipping:

Once your proof is approved, your design can no longer be altered. It will then begin production in our studio. You will receive updates throughout the production process, such as previews of your cut acrylic.
 
We use USPS Priority Mail to ship our signs. You will receive a tracking number once your sign is shipped so you can follow the process. Each package is insured for the cost of your order through USPS.
